If you are good at Tetris you will be good at Storage

If you are good at Tetris you will be good at Storage
In the 8 years I've been in the Storage Industry this quote of mine I stand by 100% “If you are good at Tetris you will be good at Storage”.  This is to help customers understand they can maximise the whole unit not just the floor space but importantly the height.

The most frequently asked question by customers is “I need a garage size unit” and I would say 90% of the time they could go smaller which saves them money.

Here are a few tips I would recommend with any move into storage:-

·         Whatever you’re able to put on its side do so, this is to help maximise the height of the roof of your unit while saving floor space for your heavier items.

·         Maximise cupboard space if possible, whether it’s a cupboard, buffet or wardrobe etc. fill it with your boxes if possible.  This will avoid any empty space in your unit.

·         And lastly try to use the same size boxes as odd sized boxes are harder to stack.  Odd sized boxes can give your stack an uneven lean which over time could make your boxes fall and damage your personal belonging inside.
