It's all about Customer Service

What a whirl wind experience it has been so far joining Storage King Helensvale 6 months ago with a brand new state of the art facility.  I have been in different industries and owned various types of businesses over the years and from my experience, one thing that can guarantee you success in any industry is customer service.

It’s not just all about smiling (that does help) but it’s listening to your customers and ensuring a strong confident answer to any of their questions.  I have had people sitting across the table from me arms folded in front of them and saying they can store much cheaper elsewhere. However, from catering to the customers needs, friendly attitude and understanding their needs (a few jokes in between also seems to help) and in the end providing a value added service in a brand new facility- they have moved in with us here at Helensvale.

Any industry can be exciting and fulfilling but it’s how you show compassion (especially in this Industry where people can be very stressed) that make people smile by the time they leave; and knowing you have been able to make things simple and easy for them.
