I have worked at Storage King Greensborough for seven
years; four years as the assistant manager and
three years as the store manager. I am passionate about people and pride myself
on delivering exceptional customer service and tailoring a solution for each
and every customer’s specific needs.
Moving house can
be a very stressful time, this is where we make a difference by showing empathy
and assuring our customers we are here to make it easy!
We explain how to plan for the move by giving tips on
how to organise the different steps of moving, whether it is how to pack their
precious items, organising transport or reassuring them that their trusted
items will be stored in a secure, clean and dry environment.
It is always very satisfying when previous customers
come back to us stating ‘why would we go anywhere else’. Often it’s the little
things that make lasting impressions.
I love coming to work each day knowing that I will be
met with new challenges, meet wonderful people and have given every customer
the highest level of service.
