Good customer service

A friendly voice with a helpful disposition is always good in any business.  When customers are moving homes, it can be the most stressful time for them.  Staff need to show empathy and their willingness to help which assists the client in feeling at ease when moving their beloved belongings into a storage facility.  Ensuring the customers belongings or stock will be “safe and secure” is a huge factor, so showing them through the facility and pointing out important items such as the CCTV cameras can put them at ease.

Going through their contract with them at a pace that is suitable to them, so that they understand what they are signing and also asking them if they have any questions that require answering, provides them with confidence and assurance that their belongings will be looked after.  Also explaining and offering them insurance for added protection shows that our staff care that they are adequately covered for the unforeseeable.


Every customer’s circumstance is different and varied.  Therefore staff must adapt to the clients individual needs and requirements.
